Private Sessions

Bespoke 1-on-1 training focusing on your goals, capabilities and what you enjoy. We will work hard to reach your targets but prioritise enjoying the journey. Sustainability is key!

Group Training

Group training will include small groups of 3 and take a more ‘class’ like approach. These can include circuit training, strength training and body composition focused elements depending on the class. Join a class or bring a team - either way lets get stuck in.

Partner Training

Semi-private training will take a 2-on-1 session approach where you bring a partner, whether it be a colleague, friend of family member. These sessions will focus on broader elements of training whilst remaining true to your goals and being more cost effective.

Nutrition

We offer both stand alone consultations as well as combined nutrition and training packages. This allows for a complete holistic package which will further success in your individual performance, body composition and health related training goals.
