Policies regarding payments, sessions and refunds

• Prior to a PT session, a pack or valid credit should be active to ensure the class occurs.

• Any sessions cancelled after 24 hours before the session will not be refunded and the session will be taken. Cancellations before 24 hours will be refunded and can be used again within the expiry period of the pack.

• Base19 has a no refund policy. Under special circumstances it is up to the discretion of Caspar Ackley whether a refund may take place.

• Please note that each package has an expiry date

  • Intro packs and Single Sessions (including Online) = 30 day

  • 5 packs = 60 days

  • 10 packs = 90 days
